Smooth bellows
Anyone know what the smooth bellows that you buy at home depot is called, and what department. I have a SLP lid that will not latch with the stock **** on it, been driving like that for a while and need to fix it. I have searched but havent found the answer, will keep looking though.

The Slp lid probably wont latch becasue the MAF isnt all the way in the lid. I had the same problem when i first did mine.
While the smooth bellow is a good idea anyway, try to use a heat gun (blow dryer) to heat the lid where it attaches to the MAF and slide it all the way on. That might fix your problem.

Thanks for the reply's, the fernco is a 3x3 from what I have read. I also have a MTI lid not SLP, dont ask why I put SLP, anyway I dont care about having a smooth bellows or the stocker I just dont like my lid staying unlatched because I am sure there is dirt getting past it. I am going to check and make sure the MAF is all the way in as well, will try fernco and if I cant get it to fit I will buy one.
