Will FAST 90 intake fit?

Will FAST 90 intake fit? I was looking at the ls1 to ls6 pcv conversion on ls1howto.com and I noticed the ls6 valley cover has a connection on the front of it for the new pcv system.... Will the fast intake clear thats connection that sticks up on front of the valley cover? I know you have to replace the valley cover bolts for a FAST intake, and that connection looks like it sticks up more than the bolts????
