Belt squeak after pulley install

Belt squeak after pulley install Installed a TCI 25% a few weeks ago. did some dyno pulls, did some driving.. then two weeks later the belt starts squeaking...
I washed the belt with water to see if debris was stuck in there... squeak still there...
Ive found the only way to get it to stop for like 15 min is to spray WD40.
The tension pulley is half way.
Everything looks to be in working condition wtf???
Any suggestions?

sry not trying to knock the post its a GREAT IDEA on re packing the barrings. I just have to add do not go over excessive on the grease because if u have too much grease it can damage the barrings and cause them to go out faster!!!!
like i said i am not trying to dog anyone here i just have a overly stern father that has to have everything perfect and a long history in industrial supply.

owell atleast it was a temp fix.
