Default Which cut out for Qtech?

I bought a flowtech cut out with qtech but the bolts arent long enough to attach to qtech . i was wondering which cut out you guys are using for your qtech. And where can i find it. thanks for your help guys.

Fit mine as well, how short are yours from fitting? Mine did not have much room but they did fit.

Fit my Flowtech.

Wow! is that Flowtech a POS though. Half the pipe was not cut out where they attached the y pipe.Some of the cobbiest welds I have EVER seen.

With the level of QC present I wouldn't doubt the welded the studs improperly on a few of em.

Next time I'll be making my own..

I just cut off the old studs and welded on longer ones.

That's exactly what I did, I made mine longer before I ever put the flowtech on so I would have enough bolt so I could bolt on a turn down if I wanted to, which I am fixing to do.

I got a email from qtech today and they said to throw out the gasket and use high temp silicone. think it would work???????

I had heard of the short bolts from the beginning when using the qtec cutout so I cutoff the bolts before I had it welded in and just used longer bolts. Did even weld the new ones in, just cranked it down with a little lock-tite. Works great. I would rather have longer bolts and not have to worry about only getting a few threads of the nut through.
