ASP or SLP 25% underdrive pulley?
As he said. It may even be worth looking at an ATI 10% underdrive. I replaced my ASP pulley with one of these. Granted I may have lost 15% underdrive, but I am guessing the rotational mass I'm saving (ATI weighs signifigantly less than the ASP) and true damping make up for it
Not sure if the ATI or ASP have high sides or not, but the SLP does.

No, I'm not promoting one over the other when it comes to the hp, installation, & quality as you've mentioned. There shouldn't be any difference there.

Install will be the same for the most part, except the ATI is a two piece, with the balancer bolting to the hub (does not make it more complicated)
As far as quality goes, ATI is far and away the best of the three. Thats not personal opinion either, it's simply in the design and the fact that its a true damper and not just a balancer. However, its probably not needed on most h/c/i non stroker motors.
