Default What am I missing?

What am I missing in this build? It's a 2002 Camaro SS. Want to have everything before getting down and dirty on the project. Car is a street only car.

Engine:

Block completely resleeved and machined by Steve Demirjian @ Race Engine Development using a complete Darton MID sleeve setup (Does more darton sleeves than anyone in the country, THE premier place for all Darton LS sleeves). Cost about $3000 alone to get the bare block ready.
http://www.raceenginedevelopment.com...4927/index.htm

Shortblock:
Block is 4.125" Bore
4.0" Eagle Forged Crankshaft
6.125" Lunati Pro-Mod H-beam Rods
JE Custom Forged Pistons (flat top /w valve reliefs)
Billet Steel Main Caps / ARP Main Studs
Ported LS6 Oil Pump
HexaJust Roller Cloyes Timing Chain
Comp OE Replacement Hyd Roller Lifters
Custom 238/246 camshaft, (pretty mild since it was a daily driverable setup)

Top End:
Total Engine Airflow fully ported 237cc AFR Cylinder Heads
Stainless valves, double extreme springs, approx 70cc
ARP Head Studs
Chromemoly Pushrods
Yella Terra Ultralite 1.7 Roller Rockers
42lb green top injectors

Intake:
Ported through TSP Fast 95mm Intake Manifold/95mm Throttle Body
Fast Toys Performance 104mm lid
Fast Toys Ram Air

Exhaust:
TSP 1-7/8" Ceramic Coated Headers
TSP Catted Y-Pipe
Mufflex 4" Catback with Magnaflow Muffler

Suspension:
Bilstein HD shocks
Strano Front and rear sway bars
bmr lca's
bmr panhard (non adjustable)

Transmission:
Will be a FLT level 7 4l65e
Will have yank 11.5" billet 3400 rpm converter

Rear end:
Stock

I'm expecting in the 560-600rwhp range. I'm thinking I'm missing the following:

Flowmaster 4" merge for the Y Pipe
Dual 4" Electric cutouts (After the cats? Which type (QTP?))
New rear end (No idea what to go with)

So... suggestions? What am I missing? Sorry for the long post.

Thanks,
Daniel

Stall will be 3400 rpm as suggested by David Yank (currently). UD pulley? 10% or 25% and do I really need one?

maybe its just me but if you are going with the Mufflex with the magnaflow race muffler, are the cutouts necessary? its a straighthrough design, so you would be paying a couple hundred bucks for a minimal gain.

I really don't know what to expect from the magnaflow. Took a leap of faith on the muffler. I thought sound might be sweet to add some cutouts on it. Not looking for performance with the cutout portion.

if you are doing it for the sound aspect go for it, personally i wouldnt spend money on that with a 4 inch exhaust but go for it if you want to

Default Magnaflow

You'll like the Mufflex and the Magnaflow. That's what I have on my 454ci.
I also don't think you'll need a cutout.

BTW, Steve is the man for the Darton sleeves !
The local shop that finished up my block said Steve's machine work was top notch !
