I don't want to compare Bauer with another TB really. I have no experience with the S2 so I'll tell you about the Bauer TB. It's top notch quality work. You won't have to worry about the bump stop. It will reach 90* for sure.

The bump stop is modified with an adjustable set screw very simiar to the idle stop screw. There is usually no need to adjust it because Bret sets it. If you wish, you may adjust it, however.

My TB is on its way to Baur, well actually it is sitting on my floor in a box because the post office isn't open on Thanksgiving

*EDIT* I forgot to mention the whole reason why I made the post. Baur is supposed to do an awesome job on his TBs, just do a search and you will see all his happy customers

Brets work is defiantely number one as far as i'm concerned, as well as his customer service. When i received my throttle body back it was idleing like it should, so with no question asked bret took it back welded up the idle hole in the plate, overnighted back to me and now it is running perfectly and looking great. He doesn't have any cores left so i beleive the only way to do it is you will have to send him yours.

I bought a core off of E-bay and sent it to Bret. When I exchanged the TB he also bought my old TB from me.

Great guy, great service
