fast intake install question

fast intake install question hey fellas, tryin to finish this H/C plus swap and I am putting on my fast 92 here is my question. I have these 10 bolts they are stainless I believe, and I have these washers also, I can not find anything in the instructions about using these washers. I would think so or else why would they be there but i want to be sure. I bought this intake from a fellow member and it looks like it is brand new I dont want to tear it up just want to be sure, I know to torque it at 45 and then 89 in lbs. Thanks
