Default throttle cable routing?

How does the throttle cable route on a 99 Z? I have cruise, tcs, and auto trans.

I feel like I have it right but my pedal is flat to the floor and doesn't function for anything. Is there a way I have unwound the TCS tower?

Between the cruise control module and the throttle body there's an adjuster in the middle of the cable assembly, and also on the cable assembly from the firewall to the cruise control module. Have you tried adjusting either one, or both of them?
