Default Painted Radiator?

YES i tried a search.

I have been thinking about doing this for looks, and looks alone, everytime i pop the hood on an LS car the first thing that catches my eye is the radiator and i think its not one of the best looking things under the hood, the question is...

Will there be any adverse affects of painting my radiator(possibly condenser) ?

of course i will use high temp paint so it doesnt get hot and burn and so on and so forth. oh, and i'm laid off so don't tell me, it's a waste of my time.

has anyone done this? the radiator should still cool properly correct?

thanks in advance for any advice.

I havent done it or heard of anyone doing it but I definitely think it will have an adverse effect on your cooling but it depending on what paint you use and if you paint the whole radiator.. If you leave the fins alone and just paint the edges/ends then I dont think that would be a problem.
