MAP sensor on Fast 92?

I'm putting the FAST 92 intake, and I was wondering how you guys have kept the map sensor in place? Also where does the vaccuum line for heater control connect?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is how I did mine years ago and it still works fine with quite a few street miles and track runs.
