Default SLP Air Lid SEAL?????

Ok my air lid has been on and off so many times the rectangle foam seal has fallen off of it.. I went to SLP website and didnt see anything about a replacement seal...

Does anyone know where to get one of these things, or a good substitution???

I bought some at advance that was foam with adhesive backing, I think it was for camper tops or something.

Default Seal

K & N sells them, you might have to talk to someone rather than looking on the web site though.

any kind of rubber strip with adhesive on the back will work fine. You can find them at either a car parts store or even home depot, i just bought a roll from ace hardware that I used in a project I was doing.

I bought an MTI clear lid and it had the worst seal anyone could imagine. I used a double sided sticky foam normally used for sealing windows. Its about a half inch wide and eight inch thick, ended up using several layers. Even used it around my MAF for a good seal. Any hardware store has it, probably many other places too.
