Default Differences between Jet Hot and Hooker headers?

I'm ditching my TPIS long tube headers that I've had for about 5 years.

The advantage of Hooker headers over Jet Hot is that you can say you have hookers in your car. haha

Lol. I'm getting the mUfflex y pipe for my Camaro. Their y pipe was designed using the Hooker headers. I believe that they are dimensionally the same. Is one any better than the other coating wise, quality, etc?

I believe Jet Hot mimicked the Hooker design. The only real difference is the Jet Hot's have the O2 bungs towards the center of the car while Hooker has them facing toward the outside.

My hookers tuck up very close to under the car and would be fine if I lowered it. The y-pipe on the other hand, not so good.

I'd go with the Jet Hots. Better coating and 02 bungs to the center is really a plus. But yes, they are the same header design.

What sets them apart is most coating is JUST on the outside, Jet Hot actually coats both the inside and the outside of the header.
