Default Vacum System

I'm sorry if this has already been posted. I'm working on seeing if I have a Vacum leak on my 2001 Formula. Behind the engine, their is a T-Adapter for Vacum lines. One direction from that adapter goes to the manifold and one goes up to the EGR device on the rear portion of the Drivers side. The last one, I don't know where it ends up. I see that it goes in the wiring harness on the passengers side. Where does the other side end up?

Other than these three Vacum lines, are their any others that I need to check for a leak?
