y pipe banging kmember and torque arm

y pipe banging kmember and torque arm ok i filed away about 1/8-1/4 inch on the kmember and now i see my pipe it on my torque arm. how can i fix that and will it hurt being like that for just a little?

Do you mean your headers were hitting the k-member, because the y-pipe can't be. Have you tried to re-adjusting the y-pipe, how about a picture of your problem with the y-pipe touching the torque arm.

i tried that it was rough, couldnt get it to bed much, its only like an area about 1/4 inch wide if that. how much clearance would i need between the pipe and torque arm? i was thinking about grinding the torque arm down a little, im gonna be gettin a bmr so i was hoping that design wouldnt hit it.
