Anyone?

I have major cruise control effect going on due to too large hole drilled out.

I am talking about the hole in the blade itself sorry for not being more clear.

4 mm or .157 inches. 5/32 inch (.156) is very close.

The next larger 64th (11/64 or .172 in.) increases the area about 20%, so be careful! Increased area approximates increase in airflow.

Using number or wire gage size drills, the approx increase in area:

(4 mm or 5/32) .157 = 0%
#20 or .161 = +5%
#19 or .166 = +12%
#18 or .1695 = +15%
#17 or .173 = +21% (also 11/64)
#16 or .177 = +27%
#14 or .182 = +34%

3/16 or .188 = +43%

Depends on the year. All of that info that Old SStroker posted is right for 2000 and up TB's. The hole in the earlier models was a tad bigger, say .162

We both know this because it's been varified with pin gauges at the shop.
