i have one. its a must if you do any kind of actual racing, ie: not just stab & steer. it IS a stock GM pump, with the internals reworked by turn one. direct bolt in. had i seen a pic of the new pulley offered when i bought mine, i would have gotten that. without knowing the pulley came with slots like that, i re-used my old pulley, and needed to use a pulley remover/installer. its alot easier if you get their pulley, since you can access the bolts through the slots.

So is there any difference in turning? Easier?

Is this an under/overdrive pulley? Is it just for looks?

Price?

Very interested.

Turning will require more effort...it was definitely noticeable to me. They keep the PS fluid temps down by reducing the amount of flow, and that translates into a little harder steering at parking lot type speeds.

My original power steering pump had a leak, so I just bought this one as a replacement...figured I'd upgrade while I was at it, and I've been quite pleased with it thus far.
