Help with a fuel line

Help with a fuel line

Trying to take the line off that goes to the rail. Brand new fuel line tool and it wont budge. Am i doing something wrong?

1. have you relieved the pressure?
2. if you have, try moving the fuel line back and forth while pushing in on the tool

1st pull the rubber boot back so the tool fits inside the fitting............
