starting problem!
starting problem! 99 trans am
when i turn the key over no lights come on but i hear a ticking noise from under the hood and when i take the key out all the gauge needles jump up and go back down. The battery and alternator were replaced a couple months ago so I'm thinking it's the starter. Also when i press on the brake the interior lights come on and needles jump up again and this is w/o the key in the ignition.
I always seem to have electrical problems with this car!
