Default spirals or bullets

I am thinking about getting true duals under the axle all the way out and cann't decide which to get. Which ones sound better and what is the difference (if any) in flow. Which ones eliminate more rasp? Thanks.

Go with the bullets, they flow pretty damn good and sound great, Im not too familiar with the "spirals" I would defiantly go with whats already proven. I think the key to deleting rasp is to have your CATS.

I've not heard spirals personally, but have read many a time that they're a tad bit quieter than bullets and a bit metallic sounding.

hey guys, i am debating the same thing and i am favoring the sprial. I did hear a set up that lanes has on his website that sound awesome. i think it is a white firebird. but do you think there is any loss between the 2 power wise.

I've had both the bullets and the spiral flows on my true duals. I currently have the spirals. I prefer them over the bullets for sound quality and rasp. They won't get rid of the rasp, but its not as bad as the bullets.

I have bullets and spirals, bullets before the x-pipe and spirals after. I love the sound, but if I did it all over again straight out the back, I would go with just bullets.

The bullets will flow more, they give no restriction at all. Some say the spirals add torque at some RPMs, I don't really agree with the backpressure stuff though. 18" bullet is about the longest (23.5" total). Jegs and Summit carry them.
