One tip is to make sure you have the car high enough to manuever the header into place. You may have to put some sort of blocks underneath the jackstands to do this. Also when you say right side do you mean passenger or driver? Also what kind of headers. If they are SLP's you may have to loosen the tranny support bolt and then support it with a jack while prying it over with a 12 inch long 2x4 in the tranny tunnel. This will give you another inch or so of clearance. Good luck!
like mike said, you'll need to give us more info and height it key. i had a 2x4 block underneath my jack to get the car high enough to slide the headers up. passenger side should be no problem and drivers side depening on brand will slide in or may need to remove the steering shaft.
