I believe you will need centerbolt valve covers and coil bracket.
Plus the usual head gaskets, fluids, head bolts.

I wouldn't bother with the 241 heads they flow just as much as your 806.

If anything get the 243 heads they have better combustion chamber design, and slightly bigger intake and D-shape exhaust ports, but you will need to get center bolt valve covers with coil brakets.

Hope this helps.

I saw a few sets of 243's in the parts classifieds, keep an eye out, or post up in the parts wanted area. 243's are a good budget/hp gain heads.

Found ya some heads if you are looking for some 243's, these look slightly ported as well, not a bad price.

799s are the same as the 243 castings and can be found pretty reasonable. Either one will bump up your compression and flow better then the 806s or the 241s.

If you plan on doing heads, best to go ahead and replace the lifters and lifter cups. Why not do a cam swap too since you'll have it all apart, take some time, build up your parts, it will pay-off for you in the long run.

Agreed. Unless you've already got a really good cam, there's no since in doing a head swap and then pulling your car back apart later to do a cam. Plus, with the heads off its much easier to change the valve springs.
