its personal preference like most other things, performance wise and def. $ wise, you're probably better off just keeping it stock/swapping on Gen III truck coils and saving the $, I have the blaster coils and they are nice but I'm sure they don't really "best" the stock coils that much (which are good for healthy hp anyway), they are more of a dress up item.

I bought mine then tried to sell when things came up at home, after getting lowballed by everyone($3-400 offers) I just installed them.

the choice is yours.

No, no performance increase the money is much better spent elsewhere.

I wouldn't bother with replacing coils. My EFI live data showed gains no where with the hot truck coils over the others. Several people have done back to back dyno runs with no gains (including shop owners who have said their past experience shows no gains).

LSx coils are so hot to start with its hard to improve on.

unless they are free, you are running boost, or you have a misfire problem related to whatever coils you have...spend money on something else

If claims make you happy, start with a K&N Filter for 25+ extra HP and get 3-4 of these: http://www.tornadoair.com/buy1/

Now if you want RESULTS, that would be another discussion...

Some people claim they were abducted by aliens. If you were producing a product wouldn't you claim it was bigger and better even if it wasn't? Stick to the experiences people have had with real world results (or lack there-of). If this still hasn't satisfied your curiosity give it a shot.

I have had two sets and really didn't see a difference but cosmetically it looks very nice! I kept a set and sold my brother the other set.

K&N gains performance, buy removing protection from your motor.
