Besides QTP, list the types of cutouts out there

and rate them. I wanted to get a QTEC, but just about every one I have heard already rattles and have heard stories of the motors going out. I just might go the manuel route. I also wanted to ask if it is possible to add two cutouts two my y-pipe. ( like the 600.00+ QTP y-pipe ).

FlowTech seems to be the most popular cutout sold.

My QTEC has been on for over a year with zero problems and no rattles. I have opened and closed it a bigillion times too.

I had a muffler shop custom make mine. It has three wing nuts to uncap it. It comes out of the inlet into the flowmaster.

Get a QTEC, just go through and make sure everything is nice and tight before you install it. I've had mine for about a year and a half. I had to tighten everything up not long back. It was a 15 minute job. Big deal. That's a heckuvalot less trouble than stopping to deal with wignuts every single time I want to open it. I should note that I open and close mine ALL the freakin' time so I'm not surprised a few screws were getting loose. I'm VERY pleased with this thing.
