Also, if you're referring to my post, I did not us the ARP bolt to install my pulley. I'm using the Corvette ATI 8 rib pulley and the ARP bolt did not reach the threads. I bought two grade 10.9 bolts in different lenghts to smoothly slide the pulley on...worked great.

And you're right, my wife can also relate to how it does'nt work sometimes LOL.

Why not use a brake hone to slightly enlarge the hole, lots of old school chevy builders use them when the fit is too tight.

Ok so got most of the bolt out and it was a lengthy process. I'm having to use 2 ARP spacers/washers that come with the bolt now to not hit the piece. The question is what to torque it to. I'm not going to torque it to 240 obviously, but I was thinking somewhere in 150-180 range with thread locker would be safe. Opinions?
