is the pulley on all the way? my buddy and i have been swapping my heads and cam and today while we were installing the new SLP U/D pulley we ran into a problem 
the pulley appears not to go on as far as the stock one. what we're wondering is, is this normal? the bolt threads in like normal and we've used 2 different impact guns to make sure at that pointwhere it stops, once it stop it stops. it doesn't move at all. my buddy will try and get a picture up soon hopefully since i'll be heading out of town tomorrow. any help is appreciated guys
