HO alternators....150amp compared to 200amp

HO alternators....150amp compared to 200amp anyone use these alternators?
there are several available through summit racing. they are ~$100 cheaper than the 200amp versions.
obviously put out more than the 102/105amp stock versions.
advantages to these? to higher output alt period?
will a higher output make up for having an underdrive pulley? i realize you can just install the alt overdrive pulley. but for sake of argument...
