Default accessory set up

I have a 2003 ls6 out of a z06 that I am putting in my 68 nova, can I run any accessory set up I want like the
19155167 - GMPP Accessory Drive System Without A/C
or
19155166 - GMPP Accessory Drive System Without A/C
Does it matter, can I run any of them?

Will they fit your engine? Yes. Will they fit your chassis? Who knows...

I heard someone say something aboujt the snout on the cts -v water pump being shorter if im not mistaken. I like that accessory set up is rather than the true vette one but will the water pump make a difference?
