Default X-pipe Clearance

I want to lower my car with the Eibach sportlines however I'd also like to have true duals. Can I still have tail pipes with an x-pipe set up?

Also what about side exhaust? Clearance issues?

it'll be tight but lowered with duals over the axel will work. as will duals dumped.

It will be tight, as jrp mentions.
Think about using Edelbrock RPM mufflers. They are only 3 5/8" profile.

If you have a good muffler shop do the work, you'll be ok..just have to be more careful of speedbumps..

I have dynomax ultra flo mufflers before the axle. I am stock ride height and rarely hit the ground, I dunno about if I lowered the car.

I might just dump them then. Besides a dumped exhaust will be a bit louder from echoing off the ground....heh.

You can have them under the axle too! Damn guys c'mon. I use a bullet type muffler, but IMHO the borla XS muffs sound better, and are actually smaller, top to bottom that is. You can always dent in the rear seat well. has no effect on passengers, or seating area, unless have no backseat like mine.
