Default muffler

I have a 00 Camaro SS and i'm lookin to do exhaust. (no this is not a stupid which catback is best for me question) lol. I already have long tubes and a catted y, but with the stock exhaust it doesnt quite cut it. I heard that a cheaper way is just to replace the muffer. My car came stock with 3" piping so I don't really see a point of buying a catback if i'm gonna be putting on the same 3" pipes. Keeping the dual/dual tips or getting new ones is important. which mufflers fit the easiest. I was lookin into magna flow since I don't want much rasp

magna flow is quiet as ****. will only be slightly louder than stock. just saying. there are other mufflers out there that will also fit with a little work.

The non-stainless version goes for about $100. Hooker Aerochamber is another option for about the same price. Neither will give you more flow than your Dual Dual, but they will give you a little more sound volume. Thunder Racing carries both.

Like Rev said, your catback now flows really well. I have the same catback on my car and love it. I have a cutout if I want to be loud.
