I would be concerned about the heat cycling making that split end weaka dn breaking off inside the bolt hole. It is basically a drywall anchor out of SS instead of plastic. a little scary for me til it is proven. Good concept though, and maybe a good product.

it just seems to me using them over and over, would make them brittle as hell
since it cant be that strong, with that split end
too complicated for me, I'll stick with my cheapass GM bolts

I saw those in a magazine just recently, they look like a good idea, but the Stage 8's seem a little safer to me. All it takes is some fool tightening down the locking screw too much on some aluminum heads and you got problems.

Why all the fuss about special header bolts??? Is there something about headers that cause the bolts to loosen up?
