Ceramic header break in ?

Ceramic header break in ? how do i "break in" ceramic coating ? is there such thing ?....also do i let the car warm up and tighten the bolts while its warm after they are tight cold or what ? thanks
yeah just do a few heat cycles and re-torque the header bolts, i actually used stage 8 locking bolts for my headers, i did the heat cycles re-torqued and put on the locking tabs
