Default valve cover breather filter?

what do yall think about Metco valve cover breather filter? it cost 50 bucks, i saw it at some fbodies website. does it really help the engine from pressure or it just make the engine look better.

oh and one more thing, i just order my SLP fan control switch, where do you think will be the best place to mount the switch.

you'll get mixed opinions on the breathers.

as for the fan switch... i mounted the switch in my ashtray.

I bought the one from Speed Inc, looks great. No more oil leaks from crankcase pressure.
