tb porting,hype or hp? hey guys how much more hp. do you gain by porting ,and has anyone done this mod. themselves. also give me a list of anyone that I can send mine too. I tryed to e mail bret at bauer but I cant get threw. thanks.!!!

I ported & polished mine myself. It was a little more involved than I thought. I worked slow and did a good job but if I had to do it again I think I would have done a Bauer TB. HP gains? I have no idea. Definitely has to be a plus though.

15rwhp is a bit optomistic if you ask me. Maybe on a h/c car. A ported TB is a must do mod though IMO. It's not one of the first mods I'd do, but I'd do it nonetheless. You'll get a nice SOTP increase and you'll pick up 8rwhp or so. Bauer (sponsor) does a fantastic job. Go with one of his if you're going to do it. It's very reasonable in price too.
