intake manifold ? Hey I am looking for a ls6 intake for my 00 trans am. Another member told me he would sell me the intake off of his 04 gto. But we are not sure what intake comes on the car and if its not a ls6 how does it compare? Thanks for your time.

Yeah man I got it all, I just have to get it put on. I still would like to get you to tune it if you will. I also got some tsp lts tsp ory. Im working on getting it right thank ya'll for the info.

So yeah Im confused, went to go get the intake today and it turned out to be a ls1 without egr. I called joncr96z to make sure and sure enough it was. Now I don't know so can someone please tell me why GM would put a ls1 intake on a 04 gto???
-also how would you feel about doing some internal engine work for me? ashboro is like maybe 3 hour drive for me.

Nah man you dont have to change all that with a ls6 intake... he does all the stuff on my car, and I have a blower so hes tryin to help me get the air/fuel ratio dialed in and get my car tuned before I blow it up. But yeah jons good so if you can get any work done he will do you right.
What are you wanting done? I know people in Fayetteville that can help you out.
i'm looking for a trusted LS1 mechanic to install a cam for me and point me into the right directions as far as the right springs and retainers and other stuff to have it Cammed properly...I have $$$ bro, just lack of knowledge of what I need. and of course a PCM tune.
