Get the car off the ground as high as you can..yet being safe at the same time. Have a buddy help thats a must. Do these headers come with any kit of install kit? gaskets, O2 extentsions etc. I'm not familer with pacesetters. I installed my SLP lt's at home on rhino ramps and jackstands. You might run into some clearance issues here and there but nothing major. Header install is pretty staright forward. Have fun! Theres plenty of help on this board.

I have a mean X pipe dual setup that's for sale that fits pacesetters. Their Y pipe is a POS. Email jeffharmon70@hotmail.com for pics, questions, help, whatever.....I did my install by myself in my driveway...no big deal with the header install but the y pipe had to be heavily modified to fit. Luckily I have welding/fabrication equipment. I spent so much time fixing that Y pipe that I told myself "I could have built duals without the headache" so I sold my fixed Y pipe and went the dual route and holy crap...best decision ever.

Have a dremel, rotozip, grinder or something on hand. You might have to grind down some tab on the motor, and you might have to cut alittle bit of you k-member. Also you might have to undo the steering linkage and take off the oil filter. Everyone runs into different problems.

Be sure to get a good jack and jackstands and get the car as high as possible. Nothing will **** you off more than getting ready to slide them in and you can't because the car is too low.
