lightweight battery
anyone use brailles lightweight batteries? want to know if they really work plan on using one to free up weight.was going to relocate battery to rear but started to think between the cost(cables,box,shut-off etc.)i'm looking at almost 300 to make legal (using current battery @ 37 lbs) or I could use the braille 2317 that weighs 17 lbs.(they make lighter ones) and would only be around 200 and not all the extra weight to relocate.I know the weight transfer to rear to help at strip but already have nitrous tank mounted in spare tire well and don't like idea of battery and nitrous in same area even if in sealed box.also thinking of dropping battery under stock location to "hide" made cardboard box to size to see if fits and it will and can use access panel under car to service. Thanks for any input

Check that out....might be a cheaper alternative to the Braille battery. Both will work, I'm prob going to go with that one since my Dyna Batt took a crap.

braille makes a 11.5 lb battery but 17lb seemed to match better PCA 920 CA 770 CCA 475 RC 45 and current batt. CA 845 CCA 675 RC 93 also a 21 lb available so trying to decide.
even the 45 RC sounds decent..
But isnt Braille quite expensive?
