cleaning head intake installing ls6 intake, got old intake off and like all of us that do this mod we notice the cylinder runners are stained with oil. so did you guys clean the runners with some gas, cleaner that's not going to give me hydro lock, damage anything or leave it alone.

I just wiped around where the gasket seats with a rag and some brake parts cleaner being very careful not to knock any trash in the engine. IMO its not worth cleaning under there until your heads are off or your engine is out of the car.
