help with parts list

help with parts list im building a motor from scratch, and need some help putting a parts list together. I'm not totally sure about what "small parts" i'll be needing considering im a former ford guy. If possible, can you post up anything else i'll need that is not listed below.
So far this is what i have so far:
lq9 block
callies compstar 4'' stroker crank
callies 6.125'' rods
diamond pistons on the way (still havent decided what compression ratio im going with)
arp head studs
cometic head gaskets
patriot stage 3 ls6 heads
thunder racing t-rex cam
cam retainer plate, cam bolts
tsp ported oil pump
ls6 oil pan, windage tray, pickup screen, dipstick
edelbrock 2 piece front cover
list of parts i will need (please add on):
valley cover
rear engine cover
rear cam retainer/plug
intake manifold
coil packs
valve covers
throttle body
water pump
underdrive pulleys
mass air meter
what sensors? what parts? etc.....
