electric water pump?
electric water pump? Is it worth the money for the hp you get back from running a stock pump? anyone running this pump did you gain anything? I see alot of guys running them so there must be some gain right?

NO its not worth the cost.
It was however the last bolt on available for my old h/c 346 when I was chasing 500 rwhp. In the 4 years I've had it, I've probably saved 200.00 in gas though. So another 8 years and I break even. I was able to re use it on my 402 and it sure does a great job keeping her cool. Kind of a drag racing mod too, you can turn the key fwd and let the pump run to circulate coolant in between runs.
