Default ? on header install..

hey guys, im gonna help my buddy install a set of dynatech longtubes with a catted Y pipe.. just wondering what parts he will need.. i think his car is a 98 or 99..

02 sims
front/rear extensions?
gaskets

is there anything else missing?

What parts he will need for what? Just the headers or also the y pipe.

if he is running cats then yeah he will need both front and rear extentions, if he is running a ORY then just the fronts... i would recomend replaceing the spark plugs and wires since you gotta take those off anyways... and everyone willl say to do the poly motor mounts for the eng and trans... i didnt, but some people swear by it...

That rachet wrench will make life alot easier, but defintely need to change out the spark plugs while your there

thanks man, yeah thats what i was trying to figure out if he needed the front and rear extensions. but yeah, hes running a catted y pipe. yeah, ill mention to him about changing the spark plugs/wires.

yeah, i also didnt do the motor mounts when i installed my headers. i havent had any problems whatsoever and im also cammed.
