E3 spark plugs??????

Has anybody ever used E3 spark plugs in there LS1? I saw a segment on Horsepower that said they could add and extra 5hp and save on gas! Not sure if this has any truth to it....any opinions??

i use them, i notice a slight mpg increase but sotp difference not so much

I put them on my wifes car to try them out. Not worth it in my opinion. Stick with either ngk or the stock acdelco plugs.
