Boom tube pictures
the pictures dont do this thing ANY justice. the lighting in my garage was crappy when I took these. If it looks like you see rust on it it...well, you do. thanks to the wonderfull shipping techniques used (no box, just a shipping label and a bit of duct tape) and a neighbor that wasnt paying attention it got to sit on my door step for 2 days and developed a little surface rust. No big deal, a little elbow greese and some cereamic high temp paint and it will look great.

Not yet, but when I was working on it the other night I was lifting it just trying to get a feel for the weight and a guess your be around 40lbs. I'll hop on the scale tonight with it though and let you know.

Looks cool, post up some pics when it's installed. I wonder how it would look since the rocker panels are round and not flat. I'd think without a side skirt that setup would stick out like a sore thumb on the side of the car .....

It won't stick out like a sore thumb at all...
C5R Camaro has something similar and it looks great

I am dying to try a smaller version that exits both sides of the car. I don't see myself using an X-pipe though. I just do not want to have to remove the x-pipe to get to the trans or torque arm mount. Might try some FLowmaster Delta Force 6.25" long mufflers under the seats; and then some oval tube into the boom tubes out each side........if I can find a boom tube that is that short.........Just something to think about.
