Blinking SES after header install
Blinking SES after header install I just got done installing my pace setters, things went pretty well. Don't have one bolt on the EGR, that's one item. Then secondly, the y-pipe is a POS, I couldn't get it to fit with the Loudmouth. So I left it off and was planning on going to an exhaust shop to get a professional opinion. Possibly shorten the y-pipe or the loudmouth. The problem is that it just doesn't want to slide on to the header, the angles look all messed up. I got it all on, I went to head home for the night, and about 30 seconds later the SES is blinking. I know not having any pipes after the y isn't good,but I didn't think that was blinking SES material. Any thoughts? Maybe a wire isn't on right?

You are probely setting a code for the rear 02 sensors. with no back pressure they can't get a reading on the exhaust after the cat.

I run LT's, and a Muffler right off A ORP and No SES light. even if the light was on because of the set up , it wouldn't blink

For those of you in the future which may be searching for misfire information, I got it figured out. It was a misfiring situation. I didn't have very good connections on the plugs. When I connected the y-pipe the exhaust tips were shaking it was misfiring so bad.
This vibration is totally awesome too. I didn't grind the k-member and it's shaking the whole damn driver's side.
