GTO vs F body starter differences?

GTO vs F body starter differences? Does anybody know if the Mitsubishi starter from an 05 GTO will work on an F body with longtubes already on it. I know the GTO starter uses 2 long bolts as oppossed to mine using a long and a short but I want to know if physically anything would present a problem in regards to clearance. The ARH's I have are a tight fit around the factory LS1 starter and they wont allow for any sorta changes.
