Default Intake Gasket?
Is there supposed to be a gasket that goes between the LS1 intake manifold and the heads? I ask because I have a large vacuum leak from what appears to be the head/intake mating surface.

the intake has gaskets on it

There are 8 gaskets one surounding each intake port.

Yep there are eight individual seals that are replacable... GM part #12533587 sold as a set.
