Header Gaskets?

Header Gaskets? I received my Kooks headers today and noticed that they came with header gaskets (fiber/cork or something?). I had been planning to use the GM metal gaskets. Are the GM metal gaskets compatible with the Kooks or should I use the included gaskets? I've always heard of "blowout" with paper or cork type header gaskets. Any thoughts, experiences, opinions? Thanks!

GMs are good (never had a leak).....
I went with aluminum ones from Summit and they have never leaked either....
I personally would never use cork just because its so hard to get off the surface if you need to replace them. I have never had a cork gasket leak though.
