Do a search and you will see report from 0 to 8 horses. Sponsors have dynoed about 6-8 horses. Some individuals have had a MPG increase.
Check out the high performance engines, like SLP's 422, and you will see they are running the pump.
A nice bolt on alternative after you have increased your car's breathing and exhaust first - headers, intake, cam, heads, etc.
