Default Which ASP Pulleys?

Hey guys, am looking into the ASP pulleys and was wondering which pulley's should I go with?

i.e. The crank pulley? or the crank and alternator pulley?

Thanks

I say the crank pulley only. Most of the gains are by spinning the water pump slower, not the alternator. The crank pully only will spin the alternator slower too.

for an M6 its ok to use both....A4s should only use the crank pulley....either way the alternator pulley will probably only give you a modest gain, but at the same time its like a tenth of the price of the crank pulley so on a six-speed, i guess it couldnt hurt.

Crank pulley here. I guess you could use the alt. pulley too but I wouldn't suggest it if you have a high amp stereo.

If I go with just the crank pulley how much slower will my alternator be turning? Will I be losing any alternator amp power? My stereo draws about 150 amps.
