AC Problem

So got alittle warm here the past week and decided to turn the ac on well it wont come out of the vents only window and feet, no matter what setting, same for heat, im thinking a door is stuck anyone know where its located...or maybe a vacumn line is broke? i know its probally not electrical on account the switch seems to be working...any help is appreciated

A friend of mine had this problem with his Z. I think he said it was something to do with the cable connected to the back of the **** on the hvac controls. I think he said it came loose
